There are two restaurants , this was the case with almost everything we asked for; the Chinese restaurant took an hour to delivery greasy udon noodles , the other restaurant it's a cafeteria with veery limited overprice menu. We will not recommended

This is a new hotel and supposed to be nice. Although it＇s right in the airport terminal, I will NOT stay next time! Not only it＇s noisy by the airport runway, the hotel room and corridor are full of smooking smell. Seeminly they have done a poor job segregating smooking area and randomly putting smooking guest everywhere. You＇ll probably smell articial fragance in the lobby since they spray around cheap perfume every now and then. The ceiling height is very low, making guests feel depressed. Hotel staff including lobby manager (Mr. Zhang) are not professionally trained and most likely inexperienced new hires - hence lacking understanding of guest needs and flexibility. This hotel definitely is not worth the money as they are over-charaging.There are plenty of choices around with much lower prices in the area; or if you don＇t mind taking public transport like subway, you＇ll find much better deals in the town. If you are taking railway train to HongQiao, it will be a long walk from Railway Station Terminals to this hotel. Remember, both HongQiao airport and PuDong Airport are very far from downtown. Next time, I would rather pay a bit more to stay lcoser to town. Time is money! Overall, bad choice for me this time!!
